As an executive leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding global projects and programs, I know how to drive adoption, communicate imperatives, and push initiation. Throughout my career, I’ve led thousands of corporate technology changes and saved organizations millions of dollars. I make change happen by getting buy-in from the entire organization, top to bottom. By marrying the business objectives to IT, I can influence and motivate people to commit to the strategic initiative and teach them how the innovation will improve processes and increase productivity. With a background in engineering and a comprehensive understanding of the complex technology landscape, I can actively participate in projects while communicating across channels to receive the necessary support. Accomplishments include: Took over a failing SAP Business Transformation Program three months before the release date. After a Steering Committee review, my team moved our launch date out to a reasonable target and established clear executive accountabilities and business ownership. I restructured the project team, communicated weekly project spend and imperative deliverables at each SC meeting. My team and I successfully met the revised release date under my strategic guidance. Drove crucial IT transformation to reduce $1B+ in IT spend for Royal Dutch Shell. I was handpicked by the CIO to cut costs. I achieved this goal by leveraging global sourcing, organization consolidation, and operational process redesign while gaining insight into the operations of an energy company as well as cultural insight from world travel.I look forward to connecting with you.
