Mary Kay Scucci, PhD, CPA is an energetic C-suite financial executive and board director with superior interpersonal skills and proven record as an agile, complex problem solver and relationship builder. Mary Kay’s industry experience spans both the financial services industry (i.e, capital markets, asset management, private equity, and banking) and the life sciences industry. Mary Kay, over her career, has held senior financial executive roles including Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Strategy Development for Fortune 100 and 500 corporations (Honeywell International, Bear Stearns, Morgan Stanley, Blackstone), start-up organizations (Power Medical Interventions) and international firms (Schering AG) and has a “deal sheet” of 20+ strategic transactions (i.e, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, licensing agreements…)Mary Kay’s previous board experience includes director and audit chair for a NASDAQ public company. She is currently a trustee for an educational institution\'s foundation and board director for a professional society.
