Mary Kathryn Eckler started Monarch Management and Traverse Area Property Management nearly two decades ago. The companies specialize in Residential and Commercial Facilities Management. First, obtaining State of Michigan Builders licensing and working closely with two of the state’s premier commercial construction companies, where she gained valuable experience in construction and project management & maintenance. Next, Mary Kathryn worked with an architectural firm with over 50 years of experience, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience relating to structure design. Then, Eckler became a State of Michigan licensed Real Estate Agent/Salesperson, and later Broker. She was fortunate enough to gain experience working with two of the most successful realtors in Michigan (based on sales volume). Ms. Eckler received her Degree in Finance from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. Eckler then completed her Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Lawrence Tech. Eckler’s current focus, in addition to real estate investments, is as a board of directors’ facilitator and consultant. Ms. Eckler is sought after to consult for and sit on boards for a wide range of industries. Mary Kathryn is married to Benjamin Eckler; the couple reside with their children in Traverse City, Michigan.
