ABOUT MARY KARAISKOS

My passion is Sales. I am blessed to wake up every day having the opportunity to do what I enjoy. Every day is a new opportunity to be a better version of myself. I am in my element when consulting with customers. I listen to them to find out what is important to them. I like assessing their needs and they are comfortable sitting across the table from me. Giving customers an exceptional customer experience gives me satisfaction and it drives and motivates me to be my personal best. I am grounded, a self starter, and a team player. I believe in sharing knowledge with team members so we grow stronger together. I like digging in the trenches to find ways to improve the process and to grow my business. I am always looking for new business opportunities. New business development is important because if we don\'t grow, we get left behind. I like to lead the pack. I am ethical, reliable, dependable, honest, and above all, I have integrity. Earning, and keeping your customers\' trust creates client loyalty. This in turn maintains repeat customers, and creates referral business. I can\'t think of a better way to develop new business. Customers need assurance that you are committed to them, and available to help them when needed. Great customer service always wins. Sales is not just about selling a product or a service. It’s about being the best you can be and selling yourself. You earn your customer’s trust and respect and build on that. When they leave they leave happy and satisfied to the point they will come back to you for their next purchase and they will send you their family, friends, and co-workers. I have thirteen years experience in automotive sales and over twenty years Sales experience. It’s not just a job or a career for me, it’s a way of life. I thrive when I’m challenged. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, and a multitasker. I have received the highest awards possible with my previous employers. That takes hard work, dedication, commitment, positivity, and a winning attitude. All of those things are controlled by us. We can\'t foresee what our day will bring, but we are the only ones that can decide how our day\'s outcome will impact us. For this reason, I believe that a positive attitude is the single most important factor in being successful.
