ABOUT MARY JOY MOSQUEDA

I have more than 7 years of experience in Customer Service and Cash Handling in the Telecommunication Industry as well as in the Fast-Food Industry. In my previous job I was recognized as one of the best employees of the year for providing excellent customer service. I am professional, hardworking, loyal, I am a good listener, great problem solving and customer focused employee, who can be relied on to act as a positive role model for the organization. I graduated with bachelor\'s degree in business major in Marketing, aside from that I also finished the Training for Bank Works program and currently Im working as a Banker at wells fargo in which it helps me a lot to learn specific skills of Banking including Bank regulations, Cash Handling, fraud detection, problem solving, communication and people skills. I believe these experiences and training that I have, prepared me to take the next step and pursue a new journey in the Banking Industry.Working in the Bank is my ultimate Dream job and I know my skills and knowledge are perfect match for a banking role.
