Coordinate twelve scrum teams toward a common goal. Facilitate a monthly Driving the CSU strategy call where around 80-100 attendees join to stay current on the latest topics in the mainframe BU and the industry.Mainframe 2.0 and Mainframe Software Manager and Mainframe Common Services Project and Program Management. Coordinated messaging across multiple Discipline projects.
