ABOUT MARY JO PEARSON

I lead with the belief that organizations thrive when people are aligned, goals are clear, and systems are designed to make growth possible. My focus has always been on creating clarity: translating strategy into plans people can act on, making data meaningful, and building structures that keep teams moving in the same direction.Over the past 15+ years, I’ve guided organizations through challenges: a lack of visibility into revenue, departments pulling in different directions, processes that break as the business grows, or major transformations that risk losing momentum. I bring order to that complexity by making revenue more visible, connecting people and priorities across functions, and designing systems that scale.I offer a balance of analytical and people-centered skills to my work. I use data and financial reporting to sharpen visibility into revenue and performance, applying forecasting and analysis to guide resource decisions and ensure the leadership team can act with confidence. At the same time, I lead with intention and empathy—coaching teams, fostering accountability, and building the trust that makes collaboration possible across all levels of an organization.Through my Strategic and Operational Leadership, I bring both vision and execution: clear revenue visibility, alignment across business units, and systems that enable scale. I focus on the work that endures: stronger decision-making, more resilient teams, and organizations that can grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
