Dynamically and strategically lead a non-profit educational arts organization that holds over 200 unique workshops taught by over 130 different artists/instructors during a ten-month schedule of week and weekend intensive art and craft classes. Additional programming includes three different artist residencies: a high school art/craft intensive camp, access programs including, DEI scholar-ships, Work Study, and Workshop Access program, including a three-week fundraiser that nets over annually. Led organization through a strategic transformation that grew the operating budget from $1 million to $2 million under 9 years, eliminated debt, built cash reserves, secured over $1 million of out-side funding to renovate 12 studios, dorms, and offices to bring them up to professional standards, strengthened our brand to grow earned income, and doubled the number of full-time staff. Manage operations of non-profit organization (operating budget $2.1 million) with ten full-time employees, 180 instructors, consultants, contractors, and volunteers -including interns. Employ creative and entrepreneurial approaches to address challenges, such as modifying opera-tions to successfully and safely provide classes during COVID.
