Making sure all vendors have been onboarded to our specs. and workflows to ensure successful partnership and content delivery.o Collaborating with internal Partners/departments to develop technology, systems, workflows, specs, procedures to reduce waste, advance distribution efficiencies, and increase productivityo Vendor Performance Metric Report, TV Mastering Show Report, Seasonal Show Metric Reporto Management, Development, Performance Reviews, and Training of a staff of 13 (on all new processes, procedures, specs and workflows to align with DEEP & Technology/Distribution Operation\'s overall present and future goals.o 3rd Party Vendor bid approvals, invoice processing/approval, budgeting, and reconciliation (over $300 thousand in cost annually).o Estimated Financial Cost (EFC) SME for Mastering team (over $7 million in EFC cost annually)o Brand Exec.
