Strategic business leader, board director, and passionate mentor with over 30 years of experience in financial services. As Bridgewater Bank’s first employee in 2005, I helped shape the bank’s culture and growth, serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer and Integrator, leading the organization on EOS and scaling assets to $5.4 billion by December 2025.I’m honored to serve on the Advisory Board for S&P’s Community Bankers Conference and have held board roles with Habitat for Humanity MN, the Bank Holding Company Association, TeamWomen, and Merevie.
