Leader of a multi disciplinary team including programme leads, project officers, graduates, specialist planners, highways and infrastructure professionals.Current programmes total £0.5bn (all in delivery phase) include Levelling Up Fund Round 2, Towns Fund, Pride in Place, Parkside (including Freeport status), St Helens Life Sciences Innovation Zone, Active Travel, Transport Policy / Infrastructure and Omega and Bold Forest. Town centre regeneration for St Helens and Earlestown and overall town centre management. Major infrastructure projects in partnership with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.Multi million pound bids to be delivered to bring in significant private sector investment.Team achievements to date include building a new multi disciplinary team with a positive, ambitious and cohesive team culture. Submission of two levelling up bids in LUF round 2 - with one £20m bid successful. Submission of eight Town Deal business cases. Successful working with the High Street Task Force. Now delivering two major town centre once in a generation regeneration schemes, Parkside, a state of the art Transport interchange (which will host some of the first LCRCA franchised bus services), delivery of ‘Pride in Place’ and active travel schemes across the borough.
