ABOUT BETH IVERSEN

Astute professional with over 15 years comprehensive clinical and non-clinical experience. This includes areas such as training, operational planning, evaluation, data entry, human resources, consultation, behavioral health assessments and treatment, talent acquisition, program development, project management, crisis intervention and response, as well as proficiency is multiple computer systems. Serving in both the Army Reserve and the civilian communities has provided me with a unique ability to adapt to quickly changing environments. I have proven this skillset through my ability to go from responding to behavioral health community based care and crises to developing training plans and schedules for the Reserve unit I am part of within the same hour. My skills not only provide a level of proficiency, but expertise where I am able to think creatively and outside the box while still within the given parameters of a task.I have led teams and commanded units which has enabled me to leverage my experience in different teaching modalities and compassionate approaches to situations, ensuring the highest level of quality, consistency and morale. I have handled budgets up to $4.5 million with zero loss.My passion for my profession is taking care of individuals and helping them to be successful in their lives and reaching their goals. I love being able to mentor and teach and leverage my network to create opportunities for upward mobility, creating tailored solutions to problems and generating positive results. I want to continue to allow my passion for bringing success to individuals and organizations to work for you.My goal is to work with organizations interested in changing culture and creating an environment of growth, inclusivity, creativity, and above all, improving mental health, bringing the right people into the right position.
