I have twenty plus years of experience within the Health Care Industry. My years of experience and expertise include but are not limited to Client Engagement, Project Management, Lean Operations Processing, Information Systems, Group Sales and Group Proposal Management. Supporting customer needs while growing into a leadership role has been very rewarding to me personally and professionally. I most recently completed a program through Baldwin Wallace University to obtain my Six Sigma Green Belt.In addition to my educational achievements, I have participated in my company\'s Emerging Leader Program, participated in my company\'s College Ambassador Program for recruitment and are currently mentoring an employee in Medical Mutual\'s LEAD Mentoring Program.
