I conduct individual, trauma-informed psychotherapy services for youth in the foster care system with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities to improve daily functioning and overall emotional well-being. I also co-lead therapeutic groups for youth with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, covering topics such as self-esteem, coping with loss, mindfulness, and effective communication skills. Additionally, I conduct psychological evaluations for the purpose of diagnostic clarification, discharge planning, identification of developmental disabilities, or clarification of underlying emotional disturbance.
