About Mary Henry
Growing up as one of four girls I have learned teamwork is an extremely rewarding route to individual and team growth. While I might not be the most vocal and take-charge kind of person, I’ve learned through years of disagreements and arguing that to make any situation work you need to listen, understand, and proactively try to solve issues. To translate this to my current role as a sophomore marketing major in college, I am an effective collaborator and a proficient listener which is why I work great in team settings. My family sees me as a mediator and to my friends and teammates, I am the one they seek out to talk about anything. I love working with people as well as teaming up to improve or give input on a project or idea and find growth in learning from others.
