On the Ascension healthcare digital team, I led research to get board buy-in on a nine-figure consumer-facing project to unite disparate legacy systems. Currently, I lead a team of two other researchers to work with Product and Development to define the MVP of the product, fast followers, and identify areas in which service design will be necessary to accommodate or adjust clinician and customer support workflows. Other duties include creating high-fidelity prototypes and leading workshops to build understanding and stakeholder alignment.
