ABOUT MARY GESCHWINDT
I\'m a Community Planner at the U.S. DOT Volpe Center, working to advance transportation to benefit the public. I have a Master in Urban Planning degree with Distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a professional background in architecture. A published author of architecture and design criticism pieces for AIAS CRIT Journal, I have also served as the journal\'s former Editor-In-Chief. My professional and personal interests are dedicated to public planning and design projects that address accessibility, sustainability, and justice through infrastructure and the built environment. I am passionate about studying labor justice in transportation and finding applicable opportunities for this research in all of my work.
