   I work with clients as part of their \"financial team\"(along with financial planners, CPA\'s, and estate attorneys) to buy and sell residential real estate. I understand the impact that smart housing decisions have on one\'s overall net worth and financial security. But on a higher level, my job is to help my clients with life transitions, which tend to involve their homes. Buying or selling a home can be stressful by itself, but in the context of a life transition, the stress and anxiety for some people is overwhelming. I try to minimize that stress by taking as much as I can off their \"to do\" lists and on to mine-I identify investments needed to sell a home for top market value, get bids, arrange for repairs, manage contractors, etc. For Buyers, I make sure their purchase is for a home that will sell in any market, not just a good one. And I am there to advise and counsel after a purchase, as well. As a result, 99% of my business is generated by referrals from past and current clients.
