ABOUT MARY FRASER

Many thanks for taking the time to look at my profile. As a L and D practitioner and FAA Mental Health Qualified Instructor, my style is solutions-focused and centred on responding flexibly to my delegates – whatever the context. My sessions tend to be fun and full of laughter and my style is approachable, coupled with a strong commitment to quality and getting results. Once described by one of my delegates as a “feedback Ninja”, my approach is about building on people’s strengths in order to achieve. I am an experienced designer of flipped classrooms as well as traditional workshops across a wide variety of person centred development including mental health and well-being issues. A Certified Tetramap facilitator, one of only 2 in Scotland, my focus is on shifting the behaviours and re-orientating the mind-set, supporting people to make the learning and skills connections that matter in order to achieve results. Specialties: Mental Health First Aid for Team Members and Managers, Delivering Wellbeing learning experiences, TetraMap Facilitator using behavioural modelling to provide impactful development. Designing and delivering L&D to help solve problems in the areas of soft skills, personal development, mental health issues (Stress amangement, building resilience, developing menopause awareness in the workplace) recruitment and selection, “train the trainer”. Coaching and Communication skills. Management development (supervisory, team leader and middle management interventions i.e. leadership with a “big L” and a “little l”).
