With 20+ years of Compensation and Employee Benefits experience, both as outside and inside counsel, Mary provides strategic fiduciary and compliance guidance to key stakeholders. Mary joined Advance\'s Legal Department in 2019 and currently services as VP and Associate General Counsel. She provides advice and counsel on all areas of employee benefits law to the Advance family of companies, including fiduciary advising to retirement plan investment and administrative committees. She has deep expertise in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation plans and arrangements.
