Previously, I built and led a bicoastal tech policy team for the UK Government and served as Deputy Consul General (COO) on the West Coast, navigating high-stakes negotiations, operational change, and complex crisis responses. Whether driving election integrity strategies or managing emergencies, I bring clarity to complexity and empower teams to achieve purpose-driven outcomes.For me, leadership is about empowering others and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. I prioritize clear communication and inclusive decision-making, ensuring diverse perspectives are not just heard but integrated into impactful solutions.Outside of work, I’m committed to giving back. I volunteer with organizations supporting unhoused young people in San Francisco and engage with not-for-profits focused on resilience and community-building to honor my Ukrainian heritage.
