I\'m currently employed for Eufaula Housing Authority as Deputy Executive Director for Public Housing and the HCV Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. The Section 8 Rental Assistance Program is a Federal Funded Program through Housing Urban Development (HUD). Section 8 purpose is to assist low income families with rental assistance in paying monthly rent on their behalf as well assist them with finding affordable housing. Landlords are given the opportunity to rent their property under our program ( houses, mobile homes, apartments, duplexes) etc. The privilege Landlords/Owners receive from utilizing Section 8; is receiving monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) from the Section 8 Program and from the Section 8 Participant renting their property. In September 2005 I became Property Manager for a Project Base Tax Credit Property \"Creek Ridge Apartments\" a forty six complex property with a 100% occupancy rate throughout the year, which is managed through Eufaula Public Housing Authority.I\'m always motivated to do an outstanding job with any Title I hold. I try to excel and be successful both for my own personal satisfaction and for my employer Eufaula Housing Authority. I always want to ensure that my Section 8 Clients get the best customer service I can provide. I feel that it\'s important, for me personally, and for my Section 8 Staff to provide a positive customer service experience.
