Founder at Impact Beyond | Sustainability talent, ESG and responsible business* As Co-Founder and Director of Impact Beyond, I work with organisations to build the teams and capabilities needed to deliver meaningful sustainability impact. My work sits at the intersection of sustainability, responsible business and people. At Impact Beyond, we partner with organisations across corporate sustainability, ESG and responsible supply chains, helping them identify and secure the talent needed to translate sustainability ambition into practical delivery. Many businesses are navigating a rapidly evolving sustainability landscape. Expectations from regulators, investors and customers continue to shift, and organisations are often working out what capability they need in-house to respond effectively. A large part of my work involves helping businesses think through the people side of sustainability: the skills required today, how teams may need to evolve, and what leadership is needed to deliver impact over time. Before founding Impact Beyond, my career focused in sustainability and responsible business. My work in public policy and media regulation fostered my keen understanding for the dynamics of working in a collaborative environment, engaging sustainability across a business and critical thinking. Working on areas such as online safety and content regulation provided insight into how governance and policy influence business practice and stakeholder expectations. In my early career I worked at a specialist sustainability recruitment firm. During this time I led international search projects and established a contract desk dedicated to sustainability roles, working with FTSE 100 organisations including global banks, manufacturers, technology firms and UK retailers. That experience provided a detailed understanding of how sustainability functions operate within complex organisations and the types of expertise required to embed sustainability across a business.
