What we do has evolved over the last few years. Recruiting is dynamically driven by new technology; the priorities of the candidates have changed along with the skillsets needed. The interviewing process begins with employers to ensure we have a good understanding of their needs. Only then are we able to recruit, interview, coach, and provide a referral to the employer clients?
