ABOUT MARY ELLEN LYNCH
My graduate fieldwork in Costa Rica enhancing access to education in rural communities inspired me to pursue a career working at the intersection of education and community engagement. With over a decade of non-profit experience and college level teaching, my career has focused on helping people reach their full potential.As a college professor and leadership consultant and coach, I help students and professionals elevate leadership skills by focusing on the intersection of mindfulness and leadership. I have designed and facilitated professional development courses and workshops for businesses and organizations across industries and have coached C-level executives, emerging professionals, college students and youth on their leadership journey. My research, teaching experience and exposure to mindfulness practices across the globe inspires my authentic leadership approach to empower people to thrive from within.
