Authentic. way before authentic was cool.Acquisitions are not for the faint of heart. The transaction isn\'t always easy for those divesting or acquiring; emotions can run high, and no two are ever the same (like snowflakes). Add in a blend of healthcare and retail business and you will find me, right in the midst, navigating the known paths while always curious and learning from the new. From early on in the process with due diligence and approvals, then onto the real action of integration and execution, I am there with my team. Retention and sales growth aren\'t achieved because it\'s looks good on paper; they are earned.Attention to detail isn\'t simply a good skill to have, it\'s a must.
