For the past 25 years, I\'ve worked in engineering and manufacturing, from Fortune 500 firms to small, privately owned, engineering and manufacturing companies. My experience has included developing corporates sales strategies, evolving our internal sales structure and processes to meet the needs of our clients and to set trends within the industry, creating client account and top pursuit strategies, leading complex pursuit teams, and managing teams of inside sales staff. My career has taken me around the world-Alaska, Antarctica, to the Middle East-giving me the opportunity to work with diverse cultures and gaining insights into how the world works.
