   Fulfill all aspects of sponsorship agreements, both on game days and non-game days, including, but not limited to onsite activations, in-game promotions, VIP experiences, signage, and hospitality• Oversee all corporate partners’ digital marketing campaigns, including working directly with Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MBLAM) to execute the online programs. Coordinate and assist with other departments on MLBAM-related needs.• Assist with promotions and sweepstakes including lining up contestants, prizes and any props or video to execute promotion/sweepstakes• Coordinate hospitality events for sponsors• Conduct open dialogue with clients to continually evaluate that partnerships are accomplishing the established marketing goals• Manage two activation team members (Coordinator & Manager), providing support and guidance where needed and coaching them through professional development opportunities• Research and be knowledgeable on current local and sports marketing programs, including social media and promotions, in an effort to increase revenue for club• Serve as primary liaison with several internal departments including Entertainment, Business Communications, and Community Relations to streamline communications and encourage cross-departmental collaboration• Coordinate and produce partnership activation books to serve as guidebook for partners• Coordinate and produce partnership recaps throughout and following the season for partner evaluation
