As the Co-founder & COO, I oversee all of FidelityEHR\'s operations with a goal for constant quality assurance, product improvement, and customer satisfaction. FidelityEHR is a custom configurable SaaS behavioral health specific electronic health record designed to support comprehensive and tiered high fidelity care coordination models. FidelityEHR values the importance of culture, and assuring that our technology is developed with a culturally informed and trauma-specific lens. Our services are anchored in experience developing and implementing an innovative & transformative technology. Our customers are Managed Care Organizations, Non-profit Behavioral Health Organizations & Agencies, Government & Medicaid funded Statewide Systems care systems, Multisite agencies across large geographic regions, and Peer and/or Parent Support agencies.work-force development.
