I provide accounting and auditing services to public companies across the world as an EY Partner. Over the past 30+ years I have worked with multi-national companies across multiple industries, including spending 3 years in the EY EMEIA Capital Markets group.My experience includes assisting clients with complex US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 reporting as well as the related PCAOB requirements as well as public equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions.Current and recent community roles have included board member of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts, University of Oklahoma School of Accounting Board of Advisors, the JCPenney Leadership Program and YWCA of Greater Dallas. I’m also an alumni of the Leadership Dallas program and served on the Emergency and Trauma Care Center Capital Campaign at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
