ABOUT MARY CATE STILES
I’m a trauma-informed therapist based in Baltimore, MD, and I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. I take a person-centered, relational approach and pull from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic work, with a growing focus on somatic, mindfulness-based, and neurobiological perspectives.I’m especially passionate about neurodivergence-affirming care, relationship work, and sex-positive therapy. I’m a self-proclaimed life long learner, and love collaborating with other clinicians, sharing ideas, and continuing to grow alongside the people I work with.
