Micro and Nano Fabrication and Characterization:• Experienced in nanolithography methods; Jet and Flash Imprint Lithography (J-FIL), electron beam lithography (EBL), photo- and soft- lithography, and reactive ion etching (RIE). • Experienced in clean room procedures, critical cleaning methods, wet chemical etching processes, spin-coating and electron beam deposition.Microscopy: • Experienced with atomic force microscopy (AFM). • Experienced with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution SEM, and scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). • Experienced at confocal, fluorescent, Nomarski interference contrast (NIC/DIC), and phase contrast microscopy. Computer Skills: • Experienced with statistical analysis software packages SAS and JMP. • Proficient in MATLAB, Mathcad, and SigmaPlot software packages.• Proficient in using FlowJo for analysis of FACS data.• Proficient in data image analysis using Image J. Communication and Leadership Skills:• Collaborated on research projects with both academic and private industry partners. • Experienced in writing of successful grant proposals, peer reviewed papers, and invention disclosures.• Experienced with oral and written communication of technical methods, results, and concepts.
