Project manager responsible for developing and leading projects and project teams in the following areas: • Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) • Environmental Compliance Support, including compliance audits, Limited Environmental Compliance Reviews (LECRs), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, regulatory reviews. • Air Permitting and Compliance including air emission inventories, emission calculations, greenhouse gas emission calculations, and preparation of Title V and non-Title V air construction and operating permit applications. • Site Investigation of media including soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, and soil vapor using methodologies such as direct-push technology drilling, hollow stem auger drilling, rotosonic drilling, among others. • Remedial Alternative Analysis and Feasibility Studies including cost evaluation, bench-scale studies, pilot testing. • Remedial Design, Construction, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) utilizing approaches including excavation, air sparge, soil vapor extraction, pump and treat, bioremediation, among others. Skills include: ArcGIS, PHA-Pro, Florida EAOR software, and Microsoft Suite applications (Access, Excel, and Word)
