Together with my co-founders, developed an arts-based curriculum to address the most pressing needs of young black boys and men in Wards 7 and 8. I led the charge for the development of a sustainable model, the creation of transformative change and the diversification of funding. During my tenure, I worked across various organizations, boundaries, politics, and funding gaps to raise awareness of the complexity of need and inequality of resources. Recently returned to support the fortification of infrastructure, capacity building to ensure long term sustainability of the organization.
