   In this role, I oversee and mentor the Finance team by helping them analyze, identify, confirm and execute various process improvements and process re-engineering activities to reach business objectives. Colleagues view me as a subject matter expert (SME), and I manage all IT projects related to finance. I ensure that business requirements are being met, including capturing business requirements, leading testing, and ensuring that it is complete and has proper sign-off from various financial departments. As an analytical thinker, I assess existing procedures, develop new processes that heighten productivity efforts, present recommendations to stakeholders and sponsors.
