Experienced Donor Recognition Manager working effectively and strategically with WCM leadership, fundraisers, capital planning staff, as well as outside contractors including architects, environmental graphic designers, artists, fabricators, installers and other independent contractors to create and maintain the most effective, honorific, and attractive donor signage that meets high standards of design and messaging. Creates processes to streamline communication and requests for donor recognition and training for gift officers on searching, offering and confirming naming opportunities in Blackbaud CRM. Maintains inventory of static and non static donor walls as well as individual donor plaques. Engages effectively and respectfully with multiple stakeholders to create a team environment that successfully meets Weill Cornell Medicine\'s goals in honoring its donors. Past experiences in organizing events both large (national conferences) and small (local donor cultivation events), project management, interacting successfully with high profile clients, and teaching have been invaluable in achieving multiple goals in my current position. My goal in every position I have held is to treat colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders at all levels with respect, ensuring a collegial process resulting in the best possible outcome.
