With 31 years of experience in social services administration, I have experience in executive leadership, community collaboration, budgeting, county and state operations and emergency management. Outgoing, detail-oriented and experienced in managing both internal and external communications for a State Agency of over employees using various communication channels.Currently serving as a Change Agent with the Change and Innovation Agency, I retired as the DFCS Office of Family Independence (OFI) State Director of Field Operations. This position oversaw the quality and timely delivery of all DFCS economic support programs to include Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), and provides leadership oversight to over 2300 staff.
