This business, operating now for over 30 years, has grown during the past twenty years from about $7 million in revenue and three operations team members to almost $50 million annually and approximately 15 full time office staff, along with approximately 95 field employees. The staff includes civil engineers, program and project managers, project estimators, financial and accounting staff and administrative support. Hartman & Company completed the first road project of its kind in the United States, a diverging diamond design, in 2010. The design and its execution won several awards, and Hartman is known for its innovation and passion for on-time completion and quality in all its work. In my role as President, Hartman and Company, I am-Responsible for all day-to-day business operations. This includes final project estimation decisions, all personnel matters, safety, risk management, financial strategies and execution using various partners and all banking and legal matters-Asset management, including acquisition and disposal of major capital items. Define all equipment purchase parameters, evaluate bids and award contracts to selected vendors-Guide and drive business strategy to include acquisition of ancillary or complementary businesses.
