With over 37 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, I am a packaging and printing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to clients. I have a diverse background in business management, project management, vendor management, budgeting, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and creative problem solving.As the Executive Account Manager at Castle Pierce Packaging, I manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and oversee the preproduction and production processes for a wide range of products, from folding cartons to stand up pouches to set-up boxes. I leverage my knowledge in packaging design, offset and flexographic printing, die-cutting, folding, and gluing to create solutions that meet the clients\' needs and expectations. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the technical service team, the CAD team, the prepress team, and production team, to ensure quality, efficiency, and speed to market. I am proud to be part of a company that is SQF Level 2 certified, meaning it is certified to handle food grade packaging.
