Office for Victims of Crime Human Trafficking Collective (OVC HTC) supports human trafficking services grantees with training and technical assistance. As senior equity and inclusion lead, I work alongside grantees as they develop policies, programs, and practices that are culturally responsive, equitable, and accessible for victims of human trafficking. Training offerings include a virtual series on Fostering Culturally Responsive Client Engagement, a two-day intensive DEIA training, and agency-specific strategic planning.
