About Mary Arnold
Mary Arnold founded Arnold Consulting firm in early 2009. With more than 30 years experience in government affairs, she brings a keen understanding of every aspect of the legislative and regulatory arena, from negotiating policy language and securing Federal funding to assisting with business development opportunities and monitoring legislation. In 2008 Mary Arnold served as Vice President for Business Development for Global Field Operations and Office of the CEO for SAP AG where she successfully developed and implemented targeted business strategies to further SAP AG’s business objectives globally; including the positioning of senior management with key policymakers and as thought leaders. Among her more notable wins was the 2008 award by the United Nations to SAP AG of the software contract for the U.N.’s IT modernization project. Prior to that role she was Vice President of Government Relations for SAP Americas where she was responsible for the strategic development and management of SAP’s government relations programs at both the federal and state levels in the United States. Ms. Arnold is the author of two opinion editorial pieces on free trade including “Succeeding in the Global Economy” and “Success in the Global Economy: An Agenda for the Future”. She has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives full Committee on Homeland Security where she discussed supply chain management and approaches to resiliency. Following the hearing, her remarks were quoted extensively in articles by Congressional Quarterly and News Talk Radio. Before joining SAP in 2004, Ms. Arnold was Vice President of Congressional Affairs and Federal Government Affairs for AT & T. There, she was accountable for devising and implementing integrated legislative strategies to meet corporate goals and objectives on telecommunications, tax and internet issues, as well as to support the business development objectives of AT & T’s Government Solutions business.

Subsequent to that event, she was been instrumental in organizing a number of RFID events in Brussels, Beijing and Washington. She founded AEDiscovery to make sure that diversity is advanced and promoted in the computer forensic and eDiscovery legal services industry. Mary firmly believes that the only way to successfully reduce the amount of data that needs to be reviewed by counsel is by providing clients with the best possible technology solutions.
