Former Chair of the university\'s TEF Working Group and Associate Dean (Student Experience) and Associate Professor, School of Arts and Social Sciences (2017-21), responsible for strategic innovations to enhance students\' success. Research HE pedagogy related to the arts, student experience of HE, the history of academic publishing, and the publishing industry\'s transition to digital.
