I’m an experienced operations and patient experience manager on a mission to transform the way people experience healthcare. I bring an energetic and dynamic approach to improving patient engagement, building processes, and managing large-scale projects. During my 6 plus years of experience in healthcare innovation, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape a Forbes 30 under 30 startup focused on helping chronically ill patients manage medication regimens at home. I’ve supported a caseload of 150 patients as a Health Assistant, educating patients on health benefits while collaborating with clinical and community resources to create individual care plans improving patient health outcomes. And I’ve single-handedly managed operations of the largest satellite office for one of the largest home health organizations in the country.I’m skilled in building partnerships, aligning and leading working groups, and meeting deadlines.
