As an experienced IT Network Manager, I lead our Help Desk team and oversee the entire Network Infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing IT operations. With 16+ years of hands-on experience in system and network administration, I bring a strong mix of strategic leadership and deep technical knowledge across on-premises and cloud environments, including Azure, and AWS.I specialize in building and maintaining robust infrastructures, implementing cybersecurity solutions, and driving operational efficiency. My expertise spans virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, and Linux-based virtualization platforms, as well as cloud SIEM tools (Blumira XDR, CrowdStrike), and endpoint protection platforms including Microsoft Defender, Carbon Black, Rapid7, Symantec, Malwarebytes, Trend Micro, Webroot, and Qualys.I manage a wide range of technologies—PRTG Network Monitoring, Palo Alto, FortiGate, and WatchGuard firewalls, Office 365, Active Directory, and backup solutions like Veeam, AvePoint, and Veritas. I\'m also highly experienced with patch management, email threat prevention, imaging deployments (KACE, SCCM), and documentation platforms like IT Glue and NetBox.
