With almost 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am passionate about delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a complex and dynamic environment. Most recently I started leading the newly formed S & OP team in Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe region. Before that I led a team of 20 professionals across 12 countries, responsible for the sales and operations planning and inventory management processes across EMEA region, working closely with the commercial, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability of the demand and supply plans, as well as the execution of the business strategy and initiatives. I have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, with a bachelor\'s degree and a diploma from Cairo University, and a professional marketing certificate from the American University in Cairo. I have developed analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, as well as a customer-centric and collaborative mindset, that enable me to deliver value and results to the organization and the stakeholders.
