First and foremost, I like to solve problems. Over the years, I\'ve found that identifying the real problem or problems is the critical first step, as what first appears to be a problem likely has underlying causes. Then, evaluating realistic options, gaining buy-in and approvals, developing implementation strategies; all within the context of the client\'s situation. While my particular focus is investments and retirement plans, I like to think more broadly about the end impact on individual participants. Helping employers improve retirement outcomes for the average participant - now that\'s a big deal! The major achievement in life - trying to be the best husband, father and grandfather possible!
