New Jersey-native litigation and dispute resolution attorney inspired to create a law firm that treats its clients like a concierge practice, giving personal attention while maintaining an appreciation for financial considerations. I founded Hammerman Rosen LLP to provide tailored legal service and counsel to families and small businesses in Northern New Jersey. As a former Law Clerk and Associate of the insurance defense law firm Dwyer Connell & Lisbona I was mentored by highly-regarded New Jersey trial lawyers in various areas of civil litigation, including automobile accident and personal injury law, insurance coverage issues, automobile negligence, consumer fraud litigation and municipal court appearances. I also have additional legal experience in the areas of premises liability, criminal defense, police liability, medical malpractice, corporate formation and business law, landlord-tenant and real estate transactions, shareholder disputes, arbitration, family law, mediation and municipal appeals. I am highly committed to assisting individuals, families, and small businesses resolve their legal problems, with a focus on avoiding costly litigation by employing alternate dispute resolution techniques and settlement negotiation. The inspiration for Hammerman Rosen came in part from my father, Louis Hammerman MD, a respected primary care physician who treats generations of families. Just as he serves as a primary care physician, my firm seeks to serve as your primary care attorney.
