Dr. Unger provides technical support to the SERPD/ESTCP programs with tasks that include proposal down-select reviews, critical reviews of ESTCP demonstration technical reports, strategic counsel on the development of DoD/DOE technology programs, and representing SERDP/ESTCP at national conferences, on committees and other work groups. Dr. Unger’s particular focus involves the information transfer of innovative technologies within the DoD, and, has been a 15+-year, active member of the program’s Technical Advisory Committee during In Progress Reviews
