I was in full time vocational ministry from 19••••01.(Youth and Preaching Ministries) I learned and developed leadership, leading groups of volunteers and paid staff, a strong work ethic, listening and people skills. From 20••••12 I worked in the corporate world.(Sales Account Rep and Sales Team Management) I learned and developed the value of processes, leading focused and targeted weekly team meetings, searching for, interviewing, hiring and terminating people, goal setting, time management and the importance of quotas and pipelines. I ministered with EF Bridges leading mission work in Haiti and local men\'s ministry from 20••••17.(Director) While building schools and footbridges I learned and developed cross cultural business experience, fund raising, the value of researching an area and interviewing people before, during and after projects, the amazing joy of helping people who otherwise would never have been helped.This combination has afforded me great insight into multiple areas of people\'s lives. I love developing my body, mind and spirit. The benefits of a strong body are nearly limitless. I throughly enjoyed working with and opening Club Pilates studios in the Hampton Roads area. When the Corona Virus shut down many industries it also caused me to search for a new career that would excite me, challenge me and afford me the opportunity to own my own business in an “essential business”. I am thankful that the Lord opened my eyes and the opportunity to work for the Christian based company Hi-Line. The future looks great for this company and for my bing a business owner with their backing.
