I am currently a plumber at Lyons Brothers Plumbing, I repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial, institutional, industrial and or public buildings. Service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems. I am also responsible for the completion of projects, additionally I manage materials for the projects. I oversee and administer the safety of other employees such as journeymen, apprentices and laborers. Throughout the completion of projects I am constantly communicating with superintendents to ensure effective work and to maintain specific deadlines.
